I know for a fact that if I buy a card on my home machine, my "mobile" small machine does not automatically download the card and never has. I am not unhappy or whining about it just that I have noticed it and now know that I have to manually update if I want to see new stuff. I rather suspect that unless this is "operator error" on my part (which is entirely possible) that this is deliberate to save bandwidth.
It seems that Totem's servers don't automatically "Push" new stuff very often or at all from my point of view. I have "auto download" checked but it doesn't seem to function on my GUI. When I bought the booster packs, the cards showed up on my collection but they were grey and I had to manually click to get them to start downloading. Sometimes there is no visible change doing the Sync thing and I end up doing it a couple times before anything changes.
If I want to see if there is anything new I have to either quit the program and restart it or "syncronize with servers" from settings. On my system at least, the Forum posts do not auto refresh, the Featured Carousel does not auto refresh, the PM's and Service Tickets at that end of the forum do not automatically refresh either. When I come in, in the morning, the latest posts list in the forum is exactly where I left it the night before. I leave my GUI running on my home machine 24/7. I have made mention of this issue in a previous team member conversation I had a while back but I must have deleted it since I can't find it to reference here. I am pretty sure that little if anything in the GUI automatically refreshes very often if at all. The Model index has grown a bit stale as it offers only white euro models, An Ethnic model is rare.Is just an observation and not a complaint.
