Always extremely suspicious of any product that spam the entire internet with their coverage. With the information I've uncovered, I would not even bother trying it out. Litemanager always seems to turn up yet it doesn't take much testing and research to find out that Litemanager seems like an extremely dubious option. Links to suspicious sites that give a list of "alternatives" that do not seem neutral - many links all over the internet, and most seem useless - either expensive options or a list that basically has a serious bias.
